    The Family Farm

Established by Nohad and Laila, the farms are now operated by their children and grandchildren, continuing a legacy of stewardship in Taïm Valley. They are nurtured by a network of local custodians - farmers, herders, and artisans - who help sustain the land through traditional and regenerative practices. The farms serve as a shared space where human and non-human communities flourish.

    Unforgettable Flavor Experience

"Taïm has transformed my cooking - its rich, earthy flavor adds depth to everything from salads to grilled veggies. Unlike any other olive oil, it’s smooth, bold, and incredibly fresh. I love that it comes from a centuries-old family farm, where heirloom olives create a distinct taste you can’t find anywhere else. Using Taïm feels special - rare, authentic, and full of history."
