About Our Ingredients

The Taste of Lebanon Collection brings together three ingredients deeply rooted in South Lebanon. Our olive oil is produced from heirloom Souri olives grown in the Taïm Valley. Our pomegranate molasses is crafted from pomegranates harvested along the Hasbani River. Our wild za'atar is sourced in partnership with local farmers and foragers who harvest thyme from the hills, valleys, and forests of South Lebanon. Together, they celebrate the people, traditions, and landscapes that continue to shape the region's cuisine.
