Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on olive oil. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@taimolive.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@taimolive.com.
