Earth In A Bottle

Taïm Olive Oil – From Our Family to Your Table

For over five generations, our family has hand-harvested heirloom olives in Lebanon’s Taïm Valley, where ancient trees—some nearly 1,000 years old—thrive under the warm sunshine and cool mountain winds. Our farm’s unique microclimate and nutrient-rich soil create an olive oil bursting with flavor and freshness.

Lebanon and the Levant are home to some of the oldest surviving olive trees in the world, bearing witness to millennia of cultivation and cultural exchange. These trees, some dating back over couple of millennium years, are living testaments to the deep-rooted relationship between the land and its people—an unbroken tradition of care, resilience, and craftsmanship.

Taïm Extra Virgin Olive Oil captures the heart and spirit of this legacy with its rich aroma and vibrant flavor. Each bottle reflects a legacy of dedication, crafted from handpicked olives and pressed with love. It’s more than olive oil—it’s a celebration of tradition, sustainability, wildlife, and the timeless bond between land and community.

We’re excited to share our passion with you—experience the history, the care, and the taste of Taïm Olive Oil. We hope it inspires you to create unforgettable meals and bring loved ones together.
