About Our Farm

Taïm Olive Oil is sourced from the ancient groves of Abou Ghaida Farms, a family-run estate in South Lebanon’s Taïm Valley. Expanded by Nohad and Laila Abou Ghaida, the farm is now operated by their children and grandchildren, alongside a network of dedicated local custodians.

Taim to Change Your EVOO Game ;)

I had no idea Lebanon produced olive oil of this caliber. As an Italian, it feels almost like treason to admit, but this oil rivals (and dare I say, surpasses) even the best from back home. Taim is beautifully balanced, full of character, and brings every dish to life - it's become my new EVOO staple! Absolutely exceptional!

As someone who has tried many olive oil brands, including those from small farms in Southern Italy, I can say with certainty that Taim extra virgin olive oil is the absolute best quality on the market. Smooth

When I think of my first taste of TAIM I thin of the word smooth. It doesn't have the sharp bitter flavor of other olive oils I have tried. It is perfect for making dips and salad dressings.
