About Our Farm

Taïm Olive Oil is sourced from the ancient groves of Abou Ghaida Farms, a family-run estate in South Lebanon’s Taïm Valley. Expanded by Nohad and Laila Abou Ghaida, the farm is now operated by their children and grandchildren, alongside a network of dedicated local custodians.

Delicious and beautiful

The oil is smooth and delicious with a subtle peppery finish. The packaging is a beautiful homage to Lebanon and is very thoughtful with a tasting guide and recipe card. This is my new go-to oil for my own daily use at home, and it makes for a perfect gift for dinner parties and housewarmings.

Taim to Change Your EVOO Game ;)

I had no idea Lebanon produced olive oil of this caliber. As an Italian, it feels almost like treason to admit, but this oil rivals (and dare I say, surpasses) even the best from back home. Taim is beautifully balanced, full of character, and brings every dish to life - it's become my new EVOO staple! Absolutely exceptional!
